Meet Dorca

Hey there! I’m Dorca, the heart behind Sandcastle Coastal Rentals, LLC here in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I grew up surrounded by teachers and engineers, but chose my own path in hospitality and service. I hold a degree in Criminal Justice and have over 10 years of experience running my cleaning company, Enchanted Cleaning Services, a business known for reliability, attention to detail, and genuine care for every client and guest.

I moved to Fort Walton Beach in 2003 after marrying my husband, Ramon. With no family nearby, a newborn baby, and not yet speaking English, those early years were challenging. But the beaches, the community, and the coastal lifestyle reminded me so much of Puerto Rico that this place quickly became home. We raised our two children here, now a teenager and an adult, and built our life along the Emerald Coast.

In 2015, I founded Enchanted Cleaning Services, first serving military families and later expanding into vacation rentals. Over the years, I gained extensive experience managing and maintaining condos, learning what guests truly appreciate: cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches. In 2025, my husband and I purchased our first condo at Destin West Bayside, a dream come true and the beginning of Sandcastle Coastal Rentals.

Fun fact: even though I’m from a Caribbean island, I still don’t know how to swim, but that hasn’t stopped me from loving the ocean and helping others enjoy it! My husband and I also remodel condos together; he handles the construction, and I take care of the design, décor, and color choices (and yes… sometimes I give him a headache).
